Shipping & Returns

At our company, speed is of the essence. Our motto is "We ship today if not tomorrow." As a result, we frequently ship orders within a few hours of receiving them.

For US orders, our preferred carrier is UPS. This does not mean that your order is guaranteed to ship out via UPS.  Depending on your proximity to our location (Englewood, Colorado) the trip is any where from 2-5 days. Please monitor your tracking number so that you are aware of where your package is at. If your package is shipped via UPS, we add your email into the label so that you are notified of delivery updates.

Please note: If your order contains accessories only, the carrier will likely be USPS. 

Standard Shipping rates in the USA (contiguous 48 states):

  • Accessories ship free
  • Orders less than $250 are $10 standard Shipping
  • Orders over $250.01 are $15 standard Shipping

Expedited shipping services available. 

*We do not guarantee any overnight, 2 day or 3 day delivery services, as the delays from the carrier within transit are out of our control. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

If you provide a PO box we may contact you to provide a physical address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rates are calculated based on location and weight.

All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service. The international shipping chain has been disrupted from COVID and its world wide effects. The shipping situation changes and updates daily . Please view link below, which will dictate where we can send packages. If you have concerns or questions if your country is able to accept international packages, please refer to the link below. The time varies for delivery and can be anywhere from 12-60* days. This is out of our control and we are at the mercy of the local customs department and postal services.

RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Hassle-free Shopping with Our Extended Return Policy for the 2023 Holiday Season

Shop with confidence this holiday season! All purchases made on our site until December 31st are eligible for returns or exchanges, with requests accepted until January 15th. See below for details on return requests. 

We're committed to providing our customers with a product they'll love. Due to evolving inventory, we only process returns. If you require a different size, please make a separate purchase. We're happy to accept returns on new, unworn skates within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must arrive in a new, sellable condition and the customer must cover the cost of return shipping. Skate must show no wear (staining to boot, insole, damaged wheels, hair in trucks/axels, etc.), returned in original box, containing all accessories with all tags attached to the boots. We charge a $12 restocking fee on all returns. The refund issued will be the product price minus a $12 restocking fee.  If the skates are received in used condition you will not be eligible for a refund.

If item arrived damaged, you must email us and provide the following:
  • Photos of all 4 sides, bottom of box, and top showing the shipping label
  • Photos of damaged item 
  • Images showcasing the protective packing material 
  • Do NOT discard damaged item, carrier may want to collect the damaged item

Our Refund Policy Regarding Delivered Packages

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. It is essential to verify that your shipping address is correct before placing the order. If you are unable to locate your package, we suggest checking with your neighbors in case it has been delivered to them by mistake. Additionally, contact the carrier to request a trace inquiry to see if they can locate your delivered package. We want to assure you that we take extra measures to keep you informed of any delivery updates. Please note that any package marked as delivered and is suspected of being stolen will not be eligible for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
